Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. During high-volume times, processing may be slightly delayed.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, we offer complimentary economy shipping for orders over $199. Shipping charges for U.S. orders will be calculated at checkout.

We ship globally. For customers outside of the United States, our customer service team will contact you directly after your order is placed to finalize the exact shipping cost. Fees vary depending on the destination, carrier, and package weight. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not able to replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly to open an investigation. We will, however, assist where possible.
